View Phone Inventory List
To view all company phones that are plugged in and connected to the network, click Phone Inventory in the left menu.
The Phone Inventory List page is displayed with the following columns:

MAC Address–the MAC address for supported phones (read-only)

Phone Label–click to Reset a Device or Customize Device Label

Phone Model–the model of the phone

Phone Name–the name of the phone

Account–click to View Users and Locations

Site–displays the site for discovered and assigned phones, when connected - otherwise this field is blank

Assigned Site–display the assigned site with the following values:
- Discovered (site assignment determined by IP address)
- Unassigned (phone cannot receive service, no site association)
- [Site Name] (list of non-dynamic sites in the tenant that you can assign phones to)
The default device is the first phone name in list or first logged in phone in the list showing an asterisk [*].
