View Users and Locations
To view a list of users and locations, follow these steps:
- Click Users and Locations in the left menu.
The system displays a list of all of the users and locations in your system, including the following information:

Last Name—the user’s last name, which is displayed in the Internal Directory on the web and on the phones

First Name—the user's first name, which is displayed in the Internal Directory on the web and on the phones

Extension—the user’s telephone extension

Web—displays a locked icon when a subscriber’s webadmin login is locked after three failed login attempts

Site—the site of the subscriber's logged in devices

Permission Group—the Permission Profile users belong to

Name Recorded—whether users have recorded their name

Agent—whether users are Agents
- Click the Last Name to view detailed information for the user or location.
The system displays the User or Locations details page.
The User Details page lists the phones that the user is currently logged into in the Phone Information section. Check Unassign to unassign the user from a particular phone.
Dynamic Site Support
If the Service Provider has enabled the dynamic site support capability for this user, three non-editable fields are displayed (that are not displayed when adding a new user). The fields are as follows:

Allow User to Create Dynamic Site: Indicates that the Service Provider has enabled this capability for this user. See "Dynamic Site".

Dynamic Site CLID: The Calling Line ID that will be transmitted to the far end to indicate where the call is coming from. Note that the Outgoing Caller ID field above is still used to determine whether this number is transmitted. This Dynamic Site CLID takes the place of the regular "Outgoing Calling Line ID" of a regular static site.
- For phones using dynamic sites which make emergency (911) calls, the Dynamic Site CLID is always transmitted to the far end.
- The CLID must be a valid number that can be dialed from the user's phone. If you enter a non-dialable number, calls may be blocked by one or more gateways.

Max Call Count for Dynamic Site: This is the maximum number of concurrent external calls that will be allowed for the dynamic site. External calls include calls to a tenant Auto Attendant and the voicemail system.
