Users are able to reset their own voicemail box PIN through their web interface. To reset a user's or location's voicemail box PIN on their behalf, follow these steps:

1. Edit the user on their behalf - see Edit User on a User's Behalf.
2. Follow the user steps to reset the voicemail. See Reset Voicemail PIN in the Phone User Guide.

The voicemail PIN is not the same as the PIN the user uses to log into their phone and web interface. See Reset PIN.
