Setting Language for Auto Attendants

When adding or editing an Auto Attendant, you can select a language (or pair of languages) from the pull-down list, which determines the default prompt language for that Auto Attendant. Depending on how your Service Provider has configured your system, you may also be able to choose a pair of languages for a bilingual Auto Attendant.

Note that you may still need to record your personal prompts in the appropriate language.

If you create submenus for your Auto Attendant, you must also select the appropriate language for that submenu.
