Configure Group Voicemail Settings

From this page, you can listen to voicemail messages and configure group voicemail settings.

Listen to Voicemail Messages

To listen to your messages, click Listen.
The system returns the visual voicemail portal.

The Listen button is not present by default, the Visual Voicemail link needs to be enabled in the Tenant's Service Provider page, and associated fields completed. See the Customize Service Provider section in the System Configuration Guide.

Configure Group Voicemail

To configure Group Voicemail, follow these steps:

  1. In the Receiving Voice Mail section, check whether you want to
    • Use phone Message Waiting Indicator (if available)
    • Send email notification(s) to:—enter a valid email address
    • Send copies of the voicemail as an email attachment to:—enter a valid email address and from the drop-down list, select whether you want to keep a copy of the email on the voicemail system or discard it
  2. In the Dial-0 destination section, check whether you want to Enable Dial-0 and then check where you want to redirect the call to. Then, select one of:
    • Extension
    • Call Group
    • Auto Attendant

  3. In the Language section, select the language from the drop-down list.
  4. In the Time Zone section, select the timezone from the drop-down list.
  5. In the Voice Mail PIN section, enter a new PIN if you want to reset it.
  6. Click Save.
