The Dial-0 option allows the phone user to define the destination number for use when callers press 0 at any point in a call to voicemail. (Callers can press 0 even while recording a message, in which case the message recorded so far is delivered.)
Typical destinations for zero-out are the auto-attendant, a call group or a specific extension. The zero-out destination is configured at the user level on the My Voice Mail page. For instructions on configuring Dial-0, see “Configure Dial-0 Destination” in the Phone User Guide.
