Assign a Phone Number

To assign a phone number to a new user, select a phone number from the Direct Dial Phone Number list when adding the user. The Direct Dial Phone Number list contains a list of all phone numbers available to your company that are unassigned. See Add a User.

To assign a phone number to an existing user, associate the phone number with the user's extension on the Incoming Call Routing page. See Incoming Call Routings.
