Given permissions by your Service Provider, you can check this box to see numbers in the International Public Telecommunication Numbering Plan format (E.164) format on your phone's Call Display and Calls List.
E.164 is an ITU-T recommendation that defines a numbering plan for the world-wide public switched telephone network (PSTN) and some other data networks. The E.164 format presents all numbers in a consistent format with the + sign indicating the number contains all digits, including the country code. For example, with this option enabled, a call from the United Kingdom displays as +442012345678, where:
UK Country code: +44
London Geographical area code: 20
Subscriber number: 12345678
All numbers beginning with (+) can be dialed from the calls list and directly from your phone provided that you have the class of service call type permission. The checkbox does not appear when you do not have permissions.

All received calls are displayed as per the phone's site. Dialed numbers display as entered, since dashes, spaces and brackets do not show on Poly phones.
