Configure Language for Voicemail Retrieval

To configure the language that is used when you retrieve your messages, follow these steps:

Select My Voicemail in the left menu.
In the Language section, select the appropriate language from the pulldown list.
Click Save.

Note that this does not affect the language that is used for callers to your voicemail box. Callers to your voicemail box will hear system prompts in the language or languages specified for your company. Contact your Service Provider if you want to change this.
