Change User Details
All user details, except extensions and permissions, can be changed.
To change your personal user details, follow these steps:
- Click My Personal Details in the Navigation pane.
The system displays the Personal Details page with your personal details in the My Information section.
- Make the changes of your choice in the following fields:

First Name

Last Name

Home Phone
-
Language for Phone

Click-To-Call: Confirm before dial—When enabled plays a prompt to confirm that you would like to continue the call from your external originating device. Default value is “on” for all users upon upgrade and for new users; only applicable to users, not location.

Extension—You cannot make changes to the Extension field.

Mobile Phone

Handsfree Answerback

Activate Outgoing Call Privacy
- Click Save.
