Answering Second Calls (Verge WE)

If you are on an active call and you receive an incoming call on the same or a different line, the call appearance programmable button for the second call flashes green.

To answer an incoming call, do the following:

  1. Press verge hold to place the current call on hold or press the Park programmable key to place the key call in a park orbit to allow other users to retrieve the call.
  2. Press the call appearance programmable button for the second call to answer that call.
