This help system describes how to customize your phone system features to suit your business. It is accessible through the web administration interface by clicking Help at the top or bottom of any page. Context-sensitive help is available by clicking ? on any page.
The online help system window comprises two main sections: Navigation and Content.
The navigation section comprises two tabs: Contents and Search. There is a Toolbar below these two tabs .
The Contents tab lists the topics for the help. Click on a topic to link to its content in the Content section.
Type a string in the Search field and click Search. You can toggle whether you want the string in the search results to be highlighted.
The toolbar contains buttons that let you collapse and expand the Contents, navigate between previous and next topics, and print specific topics.
The content section contains the contents for any given topic.
This document is intended for system administrators.
The following typographical conventions are used in the documentation.
Indicates GUI components, such as menu items and buttons.
References titles of publications and is used for emphasis.
