The External Contacts/Speed Dial list displays all of the names and phone numbers that you entered in external contacts.
To view the External Contacts/Speed Dial list, follow these steps:
The system displays a list of all entries with the following column headings: Name, Phone Number, and Email.
The items located in the Name column are hyperlinks to the corresponding External Contacts Entry pages.
