View Call Groups

The Call Groups list page displays a list of all call groups in the system.

To view call groups, click Call Groups in the left menu.

The system displays a list of call groups.

The following call group information is provided:

  1. Name — The group name, as defined during call group creation.
  2. Extension — The extension number of the group, as selected during call group creation.
  3. Type — The type of group, as selected during call group creation; one of: Broadcast, Hunt, Rollover, Pickup or Page.
  4. Presence State — The current group presence state, based on the time-of-day settings or the current override setting; one of: In Office, Lunch, Away or Vacation. (Applies only to Broadcast, Hunt and Rollover groups.)
  5. Override — The current override status, as set during group presence state configuration; either: Yes (in group presence override state) or No (in normal group presence state, based on time-of-day). (Applies only to Broadcast, Hunt and Rollover groups.)
  6. Queue — Whether the calls in the group are queued.
