Configure Phone Alert Recipients for Site
You can control which extensions in the tenant receive a phone alert when a user within a site dials an emergency call.
To configure which extensions are to receive an alert, follow these steps:
- Select Business Details in the left menu.
- Scroll down to the Site Details section and click on the appropriate site link in the Site Name column.
The Site Information page opens
- In the Phone Message Alert Configuration section, select the emergency call alert recipients by moving the user or location extensions from Available to Selected:
- To select a single extension, click the + symbol associated with the extension.
- To select all extensions, click Add all.
- To deselect a single extension, click the – symbol associated with the extension.
- To deselect all extensions, click Remove all.
- Click Save.
