Configure Phone Alert Recipients for Site

You can control which extensions in the tenant receive a phone alert when a user within a site dials an emergency call.

To configure which extensions are to receive an alert, follow these steps:

  1. Select Business Details in the left menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Site Details section and click on the appropriate site link in the Site Name column.

    The Site Information page opens

  3. In the Phone Message Alert Configuration section, select the emergency call alert recipients by moving the user or location extensions from Available to Selected:
    • To select a single extension, click the + symbol associated with the extension.
    • To select all extensions, click Add all.
    • To deselect a single extension, click the symbol associated with the extension.
    • To deselect all extensions, click Remove all.
  4. Click Save.
