Monitor Groups

Monitor Groups let users monitor one another's phones and optionally pick up calls. Users pick another user's ringing phone by pressing a key or dialing an access code and specifying the extension.

The Monitor Group page lists all users in a tenant. Users are searchable by either Extension or Name.

The table has the following headings:

Extension—the user extension.
Name—the user name.
Monitoring Extensions—number of extensions an individual user is monitoring
Monitored by Extensions—number of users monitoring the individual
