Modify Auto Attendant

To modify an existing Auto Attendant, follow these steps:

  1. Click Auto Attendant in the left menu.
  2. Click the Auto Attendant Name.
  3. Make the changes of your choice to Auto Attendant Name or Time of Day Greeting.
  4. Click Save.
  • Language is modified on the Auto Attendant menu pages. See Auto Attendant Menus.
  • The default Time of Day greetings used use the language configured for the main menu.
