Managing Permissions

You can manage permissions by editing the profile.

To edit the ACD Application, follow these steps:

  1. Click ACD Applications in the left menu.
  2. Click the Name of the application you want to edit.

    The system displays the ACD Application Details - Edit page.

  3. In the Permissions section, use the drop-down menu to change the Permission Profile Name.
  4. Click Save.
