Enable Selected Overrides

To enable selected overrides so that selected calls to your company phone number(s) (that have emergency override destinations configured) are routed to the configured selected override destination, follow these steps:

  1. Click Incoming Call Routing in the left menu.
  2. Select the Phone Number(s) that you want to enable overrides on.
  3. Click Enable Selected Overrides.

    The system enables override routing destinations for selected phone numbers.

When selected override is enabled, the main Incoming Call Routing page shows all the Time of Day call destinations (Open, Closed, Lunch, Special) as grayed out and the Override destination is displayed in bold.

The CLID for toll free numbers must be the number associated with the actual calling party (even on forwarded calls). This is to support geographic routing of the toll free call.
