Delete an External Contacts/Speed Dial Entry

To permanently remove an external contacts/speed dial entry, follow these steps:

  1. Click External Contacts/Speed Dials in the left menu.
  2. Select one or more entries by checking the corresponding checkboxes. To select all entries in the list, check the check box in the heading row.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click OK.

Deleting an external contacts entry that is being used by a company speed dial phone key mapping will have the following effects:

  • Customized phone key mappings revert to the mapping defined in their phone key profile.
  • Phone key mappings in profiles revert to an "Unassigned" mapping.
