Default Permission Profile

The "Unassigned" profile is the default permission profile. It is pre-configured to allow internal and emergency calls.

The default permission profile is used under the following circumstances:

To determine what types of calls are allowed from phones where there is no logged-in user.
If you do not create and assign a custom permission profile to a user, call group or location.
If you unassign a user, call group or location from a custom permission profile.

Create custom permission profiles for your users, call groups and locations. Keep the default permission profile to limit the types of calls that can be made from phones where there is no logged-in user.

We recommend that you do not modify the default profile, which prevents unauthorized calls that have associated charges.

The default permission profile cannot be deleted.
