Download the Call History
You can export and download the call history as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.
- Optionally, display calls made within a specified time frame.
- Select one of the Export Options:

CSV—to download the call summary in the format you see displayed.

SMDR—to download the call segment details in the same format as the SMDR call report. For more information about the SMDR call report, see the Call Records Guide.
- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file, and then select Save.
Result: The system downloads the file. You can open the file with a text editor or with Excel.
