Call Group Limits

You can assign up to 100 members to Hunt, Broadcast, Monitor, Rollover, and Page groups. If you attempt to assign more than 100 members, silhouette generates a web validation error.

You can assign up to 100 members to Pickup Groups. You can provide Notification privileges (notification by a flashing Pickup key) for up to 50 users per tenant. If you attempt to provide Notification privileges for more than 50 users within a tenant, the silhouette system generates a web validation error.

Any one extension may be a member of a maximum of 10 pickup groups.

The following are examples of valid memberships for Pickup Groups:

Pickup Group 601 has 100 members, 20 with Notification privilege; and Pickup Group 602 has 40 members, 30 with Notification privilege
Pickup Group 601 has 100 members, 0 with Notification privilege; and Pickup Group 602 has 50 members, 50 with Notification privilege
Pickup Group 601 has 100 members, 50 with Notification privilege.
